hinges etc. To be able to produce different versions some of the
moulds were made as combination moulds. Production of parts in
PC/ABS Blend (Polycarbenat/ Akrylbutadienstyren). Colour matched
from Pantone specifications. |

Healthcare - Pill Dispenser
Concept and design development with industrial designers. Detail
construction and prototype manufacturing for final approval,
mechanical- and market tests. Mould making 4 cavity moulds and
production of finished product in SAN (Styren Akryl Nitril) and PC
(Polycarbonate). Colours matched from Pantone specifications. Tampon
printing. Bag produced in nylon fabric with velcro. Packed ready for
shipment worldwide.

Veterinary - Calf Feeder
Mould
manufacturing and production setup in China. The Container are
moulded plane, 530 mm. x 440 mm x 1,85 mm. Shipped plane and folded
before use. Tube diameter: 12 mm. Wall thickness: 1,5 mm. Length:
367 mm. Length of side cores: 367 mm. Significant tooling changes on
the container was implemented after mould manufacturing but without
significant costs. In total 7 moulds were made. 14 parts are
assembled into the finished product. Packed and ready for shipment
directly from China to customers worldwide.
